HOW I GOT STARTED
Real Estate is my career. It's not something I do part-time. I actually know exactly when I decided to go into real estate as a career. I was preparing my home for sale in Virginia when I called my Realtor, Robert Dawson. We were going over my options for relocation and discussing the details of the listing of my home when he got really quite. Robert said, "You're going to go into real estate"... I have bought and sold homes for over 20 years as a process of relocating with my career, when he said that to me, it just clicked. Since Knoxville is my home town, it just made sense to begin here.
WHY KNOXVILLE
I am a Knoxville native. I love it here. The quality of life in Knoxville is unmatched. Knoxville stills provides the "small town" feel while accommodating the 'big city" amenities. Knoxville has an array of activities, educational institutions, 100's of restaurants, mountain vistas, and many lakes, and rivers. Knoxville is centrally located in the east to make it convenient for traveling to either the Atlantic Coast or Gulf of Mexico. There are many metropolitan cities within driving and short flight distances. This provides a perfect HUB both for those that enjoy shopping sprees & metropolitan culture and companies that need a central location from which to reach out. Having a major university, large technology industry, and a booming entrepreneurial community creates a diverse cultural and business influence.
